As with any online purchase experience, some terms and conditions govern the Refund Policy. When you purchase a service/course/program/consultation on Clickofy Media, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and refund policy.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Once you purchase and make the required or partial payment, there will not be any changes or modifications to the same, nor will there be any refund.

Clickofy Media reserves the right to postpone/cancel the course/program/service/consultation, change the structure of the service/course/program/consultation or change the list of employees/speakers/coaches/consultants. If Clickofy Media cancels the entire service/course/program/consultation, we’ll refund 100% of the service/course/program/consultation fees to the customer.

Once the service/course/program/consultation begins, we will initiate no refund if the service/course/program/consultation timeline is extended.

We will issue no refund if the service/course/program/consultation commencement date is changed.

No refunds or credits will be available for participants who fail to avail the service/course/program/consultation offered.

There will be no refunds if the structure/content/pattern of the service/course/program/consultation is altered.

Clickofy Media reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.

The service/course/program/consultation is non-transferable.

The service/course/program/consultation cannot be transferred to others person/company in case you/your company are unable to take the service/course/program/consultation under any circumstances.
